When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the information you type in: your name, company name, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the product you are interested in, and your message.

Along with that, our server records the submission time, the page you submitted from, your language preference, and your IP address. The IP address is recorded to filter automated spam submissions — it is not used for profiling or advertising.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across other websites.

We use your information for one purpose: to answer your enquiry. That means preparing a quotation, recommending a specification, and staying in contact about your order and its technical support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Our own sales and engineering staff, and the service providers we rely on to run the website: our hosting provider and our email delivery provider. These providers process the data only to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so. We have never been asked to, and we would tell you if it happened.

We keep enquiry records for 24 months. Steel trade relationships run over long cycles — a customer who asked about a specification three years ago often comes back with the same question — so we keep the history for continuity, and delete it after that period.

You can ask us to delete your records sooner at any time. See the section below.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it entirely. Write to the email address below and we will act on it within 30 days.

You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect how we handle your enquiry.

Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, go to the same address you would use to ask about a product. We answer both the same way.
