What is your minimum order quantity?
For a first order we work around a trial quantity so you can test the product on your line. After that, most customers order by the full container load. Tell us your situation and we will find a way to start.
Can you match a specification we already use?
Yes. Send us the specification or a sample of the product you are running now and we will formulate to match it. This is the main reason customers come to a manufacturer rather than a trader.
How is the product packed for sea freight?
Standard packing is 10 kg woven bags or 1,000 kg jumbo bags, palletised and shrink-wrapped where required, with moisture-barrier liners for humid climates. Custom bag weights and private labelling are available.
Do you provide technical support after the sale?
That is the part we care most about. If the product does not perform as expected, send us the details — temperature, holding time, addition rate, steel grade — and our engineers will work through it with you and adjust the formulation if needed.
